The tasting starts at 5pm in a 17th-century wine cellar just nearby Le Louvre. You will taste six different wines from 6 different wine regions in France.
Just sit back and enjoy the Tour de France of wine!
With a unique and refreshing approach, the sommelier will take you through a variety of themes to build up your wine knowledge. This program is both informative and fun. Within two hours, you will taste some excellent French wines whilst learning a lot about wine in France. You will improve your skills about Champagne, and how this iconic sparkling wine s made, how to taste a wine, and how to read a French wine label. You will also be taken through the main wine regions of France including the variety of grapes, the style of wine, and clarify concepts of terroir or appellation, etc. The class ends at 7pm, the perfect time to enjoy a fine gourmet dinner among Paris affordable numerous bistros and brasseries.
