What a delight and a treat to enjoy a freshly baked croissant!
As you will visit Paris soon, take a chance to join us in our baking school and to partake in our hands-on baking class. Our baking school is located in downtown Paris, steps to a metro station.
Our Croissants Baking Class is hands-on and it’s taught in English.
Within this 3-hour lesson, you will learn how to make and to bake French breakfast pastries from scratch, such as: Flaky and buttery plain Croissants, Chocolate Croissants, Raisins Rolls, Kouign Aman, a Brittany delight and more…
In small groups (8 people maximum), you will learn how to make the croissants dough, on the same way as the puff pastry.
After you have rolled out the dough for layers, here comes the time of cutting and shaping methods.
Our Chef instructor will teach you how to make a crème pâtissière which is incorporated in the raisins rolls.
You will bake these delights* and enjoy it afterwards or you can also choose to take it away after the class.
After the class, you will receive by email a complete booklet of instructions to guide you when comes the time to make croissants at home.
*Since the croissants includes yeast, the dough must rise few hours, at least an overnight. It means that croissants you will bake in the school will be made in advance.
