It’s important to notice that our Macarons Class is limited to 8 participants to offer a quality teaching!
This class is hands-on, taught in English and designed for amateurs.
Our Macarons class are scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10am to 12:30pm. It is the right time to learn how to make and to bake two different flavors of macarons. You will start by preparing and making an Italian meringue. You will learn how to whisk the batter by hand to get the right consistency once the meringue is combined with almond flour, icing sugar and egg whites. You will learn how to use a bag for piping and sizing perfect circles to get a gorgeous result once the cookies are baked. You will make light and sweet fillings, and sandwich the cookies together.
You can be very creative in making Parisian macarons in adding the flavorful filling of your choice. Chocolate, salty buttered caramel cream, raspberry, lemon, pistachio, vanilla, coffee, chocolate and passion fruit, lavender… the list is long!
Our baking school is located in downtown Paris, steps to a metro station.
As you will stand up during the class time, we recommend you to wear comfortable and close-toe shoes.
PROGRAM PRICE: $210 per person
Tea, coffee and mineral water to accompany a macaron is offered after the class. You will take away your macarons in a box and enjoy it later.

The Macarons hands-on Class is offered upon request, scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 10am.
